Quality & Control

Quality control plan is established to assure that all phases and testing activities are performed in accordance with the requirements and that the contractors work; is performed to a height standards of workmanship.
The quality control Engineer is responsible for plan implementation and shall report directly to the project manager
The quality control engineer has authority to identify problems; initiate corrective action recommend and stop work when necessary .
The material controller shall be responsible for implementing a material control program that describe control for procurement; receipt and storage of material; equipment; components; tools; etc.
The quality control Engineer shall be responsible for surveillance inspection of materials and items in storage.
